allowing access to a particular website

I am receiving an error message that reads as followed:
"Your browser either does not support cookies,
or you are not accessing this site via its
fully qualified domain name. Please enable
cookies for this domain and try again"
Can some please let me know how i can fix this problem, so I can go on this
particular website.
