ie7/unable to load client print control

I am running internet explorer 7 on xp home. On one web site when I try to
print a specific report I get an error message "unable to load client print
control". I have checked out discussion groups, but it seems as if all the
suggestions are aimed at people working off of a server. Has any home user
come across this problem, and if so how was it fixed?
