advertisement sidebar

Everytime I read my mail in IE, an adverising sidebar keeps sliding over from
the right minimizing my reading space almost to nothing.
I right click on it and under properties it says:
RES://ieframe.dll/info_48.PNG
Is there anyway to get rid of this, as it is very annoying?

That sounds pretty obnoxious.

If that happened to me I would be looking for another mail provider.
