display tab names of IE7 in taskbar

display all tab names in a stack when mouseover IE7 in taskbar
IE7 allows multiple bars but it is hard to find them when you still have
multiple IT openned. Why not display all tab names in a stack when mouse over
on a IE7 in taskbar (like the display when grouping simliar apps).

Because IE is a windows app. Tabs are a feature of the
application. You are talking about a feature of the OS Shell.
We would have to get the Shell team to agree to create such
a feature in a generalized way and then some version of IE
(greater than 8) could begin to use it.
