IE 8 History
We here need to be able to look at the History of a user intern usage and see
what the user has been doing and when the user was doing it. In IE 6 you can
open the history right click and go to properties and see where a user was
and time of day and on what day. Now in IE 7/8 if you right click and go to
properties you get the current time and day (like now). not the real history.

Known problem.

Instead you can use the Last Accessed or Last Checked timestamps
in the TIF. Keystrokes for opening the TIF Viewer from IE: Alt-T,O,Alt-S,V
