Re: IE7 cannot diplay the webpage

I am also experiencing the problem of "Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage" To date, I have cleaned the system of everything, reinstalled XP
with SP2 and SP3. re-installed Internet explorer, several times, and followed
all the instructions at the websit you indicated. I still get the notice of
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" and the IE7 network
diagnostic tool doesn't seem to exist.

The error message is the same for all websites.

Hi,
Can other programs (other browsers, e-mail, etc) access the internet?

Are you running a third-party firewall or security suite with firewall?
