IE 7 and WMP 11

The above site does not work on Vista Home Premium using IE7 and WMP11,
but works fine on W2K using IE6 and WMP9 (may be 10).

WMP11 says it cannot connect to the server, or proxy settings are not correct.
I'm not using a proxy server that I know of.

What needs to be tweaked?

Plays fine on WMP 11 here, audio and video. (The URL is for a download
so it doesn't play in a web browser.)

The reply was not really helpful. You should better read the original post.
The video DOES playback in a different configuration in a web browser..
