Internet Explorer 7 hanging when at certain sites

I have an HP Pavilion Elite m9250 Desktop PC which has been working fine
since I got it. I am using the IE 7 with version 70.6001.18000
Recently I have a problem where it hangs when at certain sites. Specifically
Costco.com or .ca and Bestbuy.ca
It takes about a minute to move through each page, with the text coming up
quickly, but the multiple photos not appearing until at the end and all come
at once. I have another PC (older with XP) that getsw the sites fine. I have
reset the defaults, deleted all cookies, temp files with no change.

Any advice out there?
