IE 7.0 - copying links between XP users

Is there anyway within IE 7.0 and XP at home
to have the Links toolbar display a common or default
set of items..... like the XP "all users" concept for Docs & Settings ?

ie - would like everyone at home to have the same "basic/defualt" links
and then they could add their own ???

The easiest way to accomplish this would be to make a Copy of the Links
subfolder of Favorites folder and use it to replace the Links subfolder in
each User Account.
