Prevent the system from creating the Internet Explorer 7 icons in anew profile

Hello

I have a terminal server in win 2003 and i need to prevent the system
from creating the Internet Explorer 7 icons in a new profile (in
programs and in accessories - system tools - Internet Explorer No Add-
ons)

Is it possible?
