outlook express remove from newsgroups ie programs

in ie 7 internet options, programs, newsgroups outlook express is only
option. how do i remove. I do not use outlook express. I use msn mail. if I
cannot remove how do I add msn mail, so that I have choice of newsgroups?

MSN Mail is an errr MAIL client, as it says. Mail clients do NOT do "news"
(NNTP).

And, I have a choice of numerous newsgroups with OE. OE is getting a bit
long in the tooth though.

MSN Mail is not a newsreader so it's not an option there.
