IE 7 Windows vista

recently my IE7 does not display full web pages, ie. if i go to a page that
ask for a sign in if i click the sign it will not display the area to
actually sign in. I downloaded Mozilla and it works fine, but my IE7 will
not I have tried everything. The page will appear but the sign in area or
the click on box will not appear. Thanks for any help
