scrolling

after i installed internet explorer 7, my web wheel scrolling changed.
whenever i turn the web wheel 1 click, it scrolls 5 lines. this is annoying.
I tried turning smooth scrolling on and off, but it was the same both ways.
i'm running windows xp pro sp3. i just want the wheel to move 3 lines at
once when i move the wheeel 1 click. it has always worked this way. i have
a logitech mouse using version 9.42.1.57. please set me straight, if you can

I'm having the exact same problem, and it started right after I installed
IE7. Not a problem I would expect to have by installing the new IE.
