RE: Internet options - IE7

Nor can I get Tools to work on the Internet Options. What is the fix so it
doesn't leave faster than you can click it???

Which version of Windows? (Including SP level- SP1,SP2,etc.)
Which version of Internet Explorer?
What third-party security programs are running?
Was a security program installed or updated just before this problem
started?
Was any other significant software change made just before the problem
started?
