CAN'T DELETE FILES

Help Please! Can Not Delete Folders – IE7 shuts down.

I am using IE7, Norton 360 (the newest version) and Fire Fox (also the
latest updates). My problem is when I try to delete a fold – even after it
has been emptied – “Windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close� appears and shuts down the open window and will not let me remove the
folder. I have tried both right clicking on the mouse and the file and folder
task menu – neither will work. Could Norton be the problem, as I had one hell
of a time trying to remove backed up files in Norton? In have run all kinds
of scans and updates but nothing seems to work.

*Windows* Explorer and *Internet* Explorer are not the same application.
