IE add on strongly desired

Dear MS:
I am one of many people who use FireFox primarily for an add on called
"Morning Coffee" that places an icon in the tool bar and allows me to open
tabs for all my newspapers by just clicking on it. I have 8 papers set up
this way. I'd rather just use IE, but can't find this add on. When I search
the web I just find other people in my situation. Is there something
comparable for IE that I'm not finding? If not, would you please develop
one?

IE 7 has a similar feature called Tab Groups.
