When I click an email link it opens behind current window.

I have Vista home premium SP1 and Outlook 2003. When I click an email link
in IE the Outlook email window opens behind the current IE window. Can I
change it so it comes to the front?

The UNDO file at http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (line #66
right-side) makes the same registry edit.

Both methods of modifying that registry value are safe and reversible, but
it would be a good idea to create a System Restore point or to backup/export
the registry before proceeding.
