Re-Enable (later !) prompt "Do you want to close all tabs?" in IntExp 7?

When I close IntExp with multiple open tabs then a prompt appears asking me:

"Do you want to close all tabs?"

When I click the tiny icon in the lower left corner I can choose furthermore
to "Do not show me this dialog again".

Assume I have checked this option in the past and this prompt does not popup any more.

How can I later change the setting?
Which Registry key/value do I have to change in order to let the prompt re-appear
or - even better - to switch the option "Open these (tabs) the next time I use Int Exp"
from YES to NO?

Open IE7>Tools>Internet options>Tabs>Settings>you have your choice via radio
buttons, ticks, or just restore Defaults.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Tabs -> Settings -> "Tabbed Browsing
Settings" -> check "Warn me when closing multiple tabs" -> OK.
