How do I put an IE search facility on the taskbar

Since we can't guess what version of Windows you have, I'll make this
suggestion:

1- Open the search engine of your choice (e.g., Google).
2- Use this search term: windows $ search internet from taskbar
3- Replace '$' with your version of Windows.
