Full Screen

When I view full screen an the web, only the status bar is hidden, not the
tool bars. What setting did I screw up?

Does anyone know what version of Internet Explorer Mike is talking about?

It is E7 and I finally figured it out. While in the "full screen mode,"
pressing [Alt, Space, H] it started working. I had tried this before but I
must not have been in full screen mode at the time. Now F11 works the way it
should to toggle between true full screen and standard view.
