Animation Settings

XP Pro(SP2) IE7

I notice that under internet options | advanced | multimedia play
animations seems to be a general setting.

Is there a way to enable animations from specific sites (a whitelist?)
if animations are disabled?

No. However, with a web search you may find a third-party application
that will do this.
