Dial up

I get I dial up connection dialogue box coming on every time but I don't
know what program wants to log on so that I can stop this dialogue from
coming up.

please help me from stopping this box from coming up

Control Panel > Internet Options > Connectons tab then make shure "never
dial a connection" is checked.
