Try this. Works for me -- been using it for 6 months or so with no probs.

It would be great to be able to move the buttons around anywhere on the
toolbar/s. I had a user who wanted the print button moved and I discovered
you can't seem to be able to move the buttons around. In Firefox you can
place buttons anywhere and it's much better.
