Can't open Internet 7

I can't use the Internet at all. I recently installed Adobe 9- don't know if
that has anything to do with it- anyway, i uninstalled it but I can't open
Internet Explorer 7 at all

How is this a suggestion for Microsoft?

If you tell your mechanic "I can't start my car at all" are you giving
your mechanic enough information to help you?
