IE8 Favorites Panel Gone

The Favorites Panel to the left of IE window disappeared. I couldn't get it
back even though I clicked on view>explorer bars>favorites. Nothing happened.
I also reset all the setting in the Internet Options, this still did not
solve. Anyone know how to solve this? Please let me know, Thank you.

Uninstall IE8 Beta 2 and wait until the software is released.
