Netflix cookies and IE 6,7 or 8

I have been using IE as my default and primary browser for a long time and
have just recently been unable to access even the home page for netflix let
alone login to use the site while using IE 7 (and 6 and 8). Even though I
have specifically allowed the netflix site as trusted and have allowed all
session cookies and adjusted the setting to its lowest option I still cannot
access it using the IE browser. I can access it using Safari and Firefox but
would prefer to be able to get to it on my regular browser, can anyone help?
I have even ran system restore and it didn't fix it. Thanks, vcf

With the warning that a reset will delete autocomplete data, such as
passwords and you will have to reinstall or re-enable browser add-ons, work
