certain favorites loading slowely in 5-10 min

I'm running windows vista home premium on a toshiba satellite a215-s5837 lap
top every thing is up to date. running norton 360. All other pages are
loading okay but i visit the pga tour partners club, handy man club and the
gardning club every day to enter there sweepstakes, and these are the only
ones that load slowely. What do i haved to do to fix this poromblem???
