IE7 Favorite move problems.

I'm currently running a Windows 2003 Terminal Server with IE7... I have
recently noticed that I'm unable to oranising my favorites (i.e. move them
into folders). When I try to use the move function I get 'The folder cannot
be used' error. A dialog box then appears for me to select a new location.
I'm using redirected home directories that include the favorites folder
(GPO). Adding new folder and favorites works OK, only moving them fails.

IE6 never had this problem... Any idea?

Try organizing them from explorer, they're just files in folders.

The Favorites folder is here:
C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Favorites\

This works but i'd prefer our users to do it through IE7. They use roaming
profiles and the profile share is hidden. i.e
\\ProfileServer\Profiles$\{username}\Favorites

Why won't IE7 allow this?

I'm in your boat too, with ie6, all was good. I have manditory profiles for
my users. When I put in ie7, the only problem I have is with favorites. Users
have a home folder in H:/ they can access their files fine. The favorites
were stored in the H:/windows/favorites. but ie7 will *only* look at
c:\documents and settings\{username}\favorites which gets deleted on logout.
