not enough storage

I was pointed in the right direction for my web access problem. When I try
download the hotfix that cures the problem, I get the following error after
the file is unzipped "not enough storage is available to process this comand"
the hotfix I am using is KB911829.

Run the Disk Cleanup Wizard

BTW, because you started a new thread, we don't know what your "web
access problem" is.
