IE 7 Favourites won't import into BT Yahoo Browser

Hello,

An unusual request for help! I've re-built my PC and am using BT Yahoo
Browser for the first time as my primary browser, mainly because of the
parental control facilities it integrates. However, although it states that I
am able to import my favourites from IE it produces an error message

"an error occurred whilst uploading IE favourites"

I've contacted BT for support who uninstalled and reinstalled their software
(yes that old chestnut) but no use. Problem still exists. They referred me to
Microsoft, suggesting it's a IE problem and nothing to do with their
software. Personally, I don't see it being anything to do with IE, but I'm
asking the question anyway!!

Any suggestions anyone?!!

Did you use File | Import and Export?
