Acquiring Network Address

Acquiring Network Address

I have a broadband connection using a Router with "Homeplug" built in.
I am able to Connect with both email and internet, however the icon on the
right hand taskbar say's "Acquiring Network Address"
On looking at the "Web Access" it indicates all is working correctly
Can anyone help please
