Those are all FTP links. What are your symptoms when you try
to use one? You should be observing all parts of the window,
Title bar, Address bar, Tab label, Status bar as well as reporting
what the final contents of the display area are.
Also relevant will be how other ftp sites work for you under IE7.
Note that many ftp sites may have to be opened in a Windows Explorer
window, not in IE.
BTW always disclose your OS when you are asking for help.
FWIW I have XPsp3. I tried clicking on the first link under 24k DRG
(label Collared) and got prompted to open or save a zip file.
