Office Online Training

I am using Vista Home Premium and Explorer 7.

The audio on office online training does not work. Other sites (radio, You
Tube, commercial sites) work fine as do some of the media on Microsoft sites.

I have checked that the add on "Microsoft Office Control" (assuming it is
the same as Microsoft Office Template and Media Control) is active. I have
also added microsoft.com to trusted sites.

Any suggestions
