IE7 Minimized

Something has causes IE7 to be minimized when opened. Even if I drag it to
full size and ctrl/close it remains barely visible in the upper corner of
the screen when reopened!

Any help appreciated

IE opens new windows at the size of the last closed window.

1- Close all IE windows.
2- Open one new IE window.
3- Adjust that window to the size you prefer. Do this by dragging the
window borders. Do not use the minimize/maximize buttons
4- Close the IE window.

New IE windows will open at the size you chose. However, keep in mind
that web page coders can specify a size for a window.
