re ie7 script error

Hi all many thanks for your reply but have been unable to open it and I
cannot find my question on the forum. I am still getting the same so any help
would be very much appreciated. Many thanks to the person who tried to help.

Jenny, you started a new thread instead of continuing your old thread
(or you erased previous messages) so we don't know what "it" means (as
in "open it") or what "the same" means (as in "still getting the same").
