IE7 wont reinstall or uninstall

IE7 is listed in the add remove screan but there is no change/remove box. i
tried reinstalling with a fresh saved download but it still says i rarely use
it. it also says its only 2.48 mb yet i dowloaded 14.7 mb.

Hi,
Did you install XP SP3 after installing IE7? If so, you will have to
uninstall SP3 before uninstalling IE7.
