Getting rid of browser tabs and search window.

Browser tabs are redundant, just a reflection of what I already have at the
bottom of the page. How do I eliminate the browser tabs bar? Also, how do I
eliminate the search bar? I already have my homepage to Google.

Internet Options> General> Tabs> Settings> uncheck "Enable tabbed browsing."
