I don't know about the screen saver problem but I also lost the Hibernate
option when I downloaded IE7. I found a tip that said to blow away a video
driver and reboot, that it would reload it and the option would come back.
It acted like it didn't blow the Driver away but I guess it did because after
reboot Hibernate came back again.
