background of e-mail messages are printing in blue, not white

IISP recently switched to a new web-based e-mail system. When printing an
e-mail message, it is now printing with a blue background, not white. Using
IE 7.0. Under Internet Options/Advanced I checked Printing, and the option
to print background colors is not ticked. So far haven't been able to figure
this out with help from the iSP. Would welcome any suggestions or ideas as
to how to fix this issue. Thank you.

Hi,
You will probably not want to use this setting for normal browsing, but for
printing, try Internet Options> General> Accessibility> Ignore colors
specified on webpages.

Thanks Don, Well, it is work-around, but not sure if it solves the glitch..
