Hi,
1. What's the IE version in IE> Help> About?
2. Verify that IE is the default browser in Control Panel> Default Programs>
Set your program defaults and Set program access and computer defaults.
3. 1. With the warning that a reset will delete autocomplete data, such as
passwords and you will have to reinstall /re-enable browser add-ons, work
through this
