Hi Nick,
Firstly do a Windows update to ensure you have the latest security updates.
(There was a security patch to allow ActiveX and Flash to run without having
to "Click to activate this control". )
Tools>Internet Options - Security tab - Internet Zone, check your security
settings for
Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting (enable)
Active scripting (enable)
Scripting of Java applets (enable)
Ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player 10.0.12.36 which
you can download from here -
