Internet explorer 7

Hi

I have IE7 in windows vista home premium when I try to
open IE7 I get this message. ( " Cannot Find
'File:///C:/Program%20Files/AOL%20Toolbar/welcome.html: Make sure the path
or Internet address is correct.") if I click OK or close the message box
IE7 will open
and the message will pop up again, I had to click OK or close message, by
this time
IE7 is blank nothing works unless I click home page icon, my home page does
not
loads automatically, I have to click home page icon every time to log on to
the internet.
any suggestions. Thanks
