re-adressing problem

Hello have a problem with a enterance on website. When I entering the site it
should be in Lithuanian language but do not know with it re-adress me in
polish language, but problem not only in language but and in content of site
they both are different, Im thinking that it not site problem because my
friends have no problem with it may be it is setting problem

Tools>Internet Options - General tab, Language button. Add/move the
Lithuanian to the top of the list.
