Allow tother Tab Windows to be closed without being on those Windo

We have multiple tabs in the IE7, say 1, 2 & 3. If user is viewing content on
Tab 1, he should still be able to close Tab 2 & 3 without actually leaving
his current page i.e. Tab 1

Bad example? <eg> You can close all other tabs but one.
Right-click Close Other Tabs.

My mistake. I should have put that more clearly.

Okay, so at present IE7 has the 'close all tabs' feature. In addition to
that, there should be a feature wherein user can choose to close specific
tabs rather than all tabs. It is similar to Firefox 3 browser behaviour.
