Internet Explorer 7 no Background Sound in Vista

Internet Explorer 7 no Background Sound on sum sites in Vista but has sound
in IE7 in XP how do i fix IE7 in Vista so i get thows sounds back yes my
sound card works all vol is max and all internet Options>advanced>
