Thanks for Choosing Internet Explorer 7 Required Settings??

explorer 7 was loaded on my new laptop and the welcome page comes up and
states that i must chose who my search provider is. no matter which 1 i click
on it states it can't save it? i can not get this to go away!!!! it pops up
everytime i start explorer; is there something i'm missing??
