IE-7 @ playing movies problem ???

I am running ie-7 with windows Vista home premium, and every time I try to
click on a link to play a movie clip a screen comes up and says.

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Hi S.I,m not an expert,but i,ll try to help.I hate seeing a site where noone
tries to help.If your running win vista.Go to control panel.Click on internet
options.Click privacy.Click advanced.Click override automatic cookie
handeling.Allow first party cookies,always allow session cookies.Third party
i have allow,but you might want to put it on prompt.I,m not sure if thats
it,but i had problems before like that.Also your security might be too high.I
have mine on default.Medium high.Hope it helps.TERRY.
