IE 7 and copying within an Intranet =- annoying popup

After installing IE7, every time I try to drag/drop from a network share, I
get a REALLY annoying popup asking if I want to copy files from that Zone.
Once I click Yes, the original Move/Copy/Cancel popup appears.

How do I get rid of it?
For now, reverted to IE 6.
