IE7 icon not working

When my mom hits the IE7 icon it doesnt pull up the internet but rather the
internet option screen??

She spoke with her provider and they walked her through logging in via the
RUN button but how can I get it to work??

I thought I posted this but cannot find it?

BTW you're using a web interface to newsgroups. You should be able to search for your name
and find the two threads you started...

As simply as this. Press Alt-7, type renee, press Enter.
