IE7 Running away with memory

Hello and help.

I'm using XPpro SP3 with IE7. Everytime I use IE the computer runs away
with the memory, the pages stop responding. Looking into task manager IE is
using 167Mb with only 2 tabs open. Whats the fix to this non stop memory
leaking???

This memory usage is probably being caused by a browser add-on.
